Returns policy

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on the product page.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, labels, and accessories should be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, selected categories may be non-returnable if opened or used. Product-specific restrictions will be shown where applicable.

Once your return is received and verified, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
